The following is the full text from Mrs. Martin’s all call on the afternoon of Friday, November 20th:
This is Karen Martin, Co-principal of Cloverleaf Elementary. You should have received an all call message from Dr. Kubilus yesterday, explaining that Face-to-Face students would remain in remote instruction until at least January 4th. In preparation for our extended remote instruction time, many teachers need to provide additional materials to their students, and we also need to provide materials to the students returning from the Colts Online Learning Academy to remote instruction. In order to prepare, we will need Monday, November 23rd to gather materials for distribution. Your child’s teacher will let you know if they will be having google meets that day or just independent work. Each teacher will have different expectations that day depending on their needs. On Tuesday, November 24th we will have a materials pick up from 8 AM to 5 PM in the Elementary Cafeteria. Please plan to use the bus parking lot and enter through the event doors. Materials will be placed by grade level and homeroom teacher. Your child’s teacher will let you know if there are materials that need to be picked up. You must wear a mask when entering the building and there will be hand sanitizer available. This all call will also be posted on our blog at cloverleaf-elementary.com. As always please contact us if you have any questions, and we hope you have a wonderful weekend.
